Support Letter: Land Development code Update - Item # 7
Last week, Circulate supported a letter focused on Item #7 of the Land Development Code, which eliminates the waiver of development impact fees (DIF) for homes under 500 sq. ft. using the Complete Communities program.
This letter asks for an amendment to the Complete Communities Housing Solutions Regulations to cap the development impact fee waiver to apply to no more than thirty percent of homes less than 500 square feet in a project.
