TTTF Transit Field Trip

Join Circulate & Transit Transformation Task Force for a Special Trolley Tour

You are invited to join transit stakeholders and members of the Transit Transformation Task Force for a special trolley tour on April 15th from 8:30 to 10 am.

Last year, the California legislature recognized that its recent funding increase for public transportation is insufficient to address the critical issues faced by transit agencies. Consequently, the California State Transportation Agency (CalSTA) was tasked with convening a task force to find solutions. On April 15th, this task force will hold its third public meeting in San Diego.

Circulate, alongside other local stakeholders and decision-makers, will welcome the task force members with a special trolley tour. The tour aims to showcase the success of the new Blue Line Trolley Extension while highlighting the operational challenges that remain. This presents a unique opportunity for Task Force Members to engage with local transit stakeholders, including advocates, riders, and decision-makers.

We will gather at Sea Horse Coffee at 8:30 am. Our trolley is scheduled to depart promptly from Park and Market Station at 9:10am. Please note that this is a set departure time!

For questions or to RSVP, please email my colleague Jeremy Bloom at [email protected].
