This walk was coordinated with Chula Vista High Tech High staff. This walk was hosted on May 10, 2024 and had a group of 14 people. The walk audit was attended by Circulate San Diego, Chula Vista High Tech High staff, and Chula Vista High Tech High students.
High Tech High School is located in a residential neighborhood in Otay Ranch. The walking route took place along: Hunte Parkway, Eastlake Parkway, Transit Guideway, Stylus Street, Birch Road, and Discovery Falls Drive. Between 2018-2022, there was 1 pedestrian injury within a quarter mile of the walking route. There was an 18-year-old man injured on the evening of November 22, 2020 on Eastlake Parkway and Birch Road.
