This pedestrian audit was conducted in coordination with the Arc of San Diego. This audit was hosted on February 20, 2025 and had a group of 13 people. The group included Circulate SD staff, clients of the Arc of San Diego, and Arc of San Diego staff.
This Arc of San Diego location is stationed in the Stockton neighborhood of the City of San Diego. The audit route took place along: 30th Street, Market Street, 31st Street, 32nd Street, and Island Avenue. Between 2019-2023, there were 9 pedestrians injured, 2 pedestrians killed, and 7 bicyclists injured within a quarter mile of the walking route. On September 18, 2023, a 30-year-old man was injured while crossing the street on the intersection of Market Street and 30th Street where he was hit by a driver making a left turn.
