Over the past several years, Circulate has partnered with other planning firms to work on planning projects outside of San Diego within the SCAG region. Projects have included Active Transportation Plans, Safe Routes to Schools Plans, First Mile Last Mile Masterplans, Vision Zero Action Plans, among other projects.
