This audit was coordinated with Climate Action Campaign as part of their “Community Climate Conversations” event series. This ride was hosted on June 12, 2024 and had a group of 7 people. The audit was attended by Circulate San Diego and interested participants.
The biking route took place along: Palomar Street, Bay Boulevard, and Frontage Road. Between 2018-2024, there have been 51 crashes resulting in harm to pedestrians or bicyclists within 1/2 mile of Palomar Transit Center - four of which were fatal.
