This walk audit was conducted in coordination with Community HousingWorks for their Keeler Court community in Southeast San Diego. We had a group of 8 people join us on this walk. The group included Circulate staff, Community HousingWorks staff, and Keeler Court residents.
The walking route was situated on two high-injury corridors: S 43rd Street and Logan/National Avenue. Between 2017-2022, there were 17 pedestrian injuries and 3 bicycle injuries within a quarter mile of the walking route.
